What is DrNote?

DrNote was set up to help patients, clients, you, to obtain important medical documentation in a speedy manner.

We feel it is cost effective, time efficient and embraces technological efficiency. No more calling your GP at 8am in the morning to get an appointment in several weeks time! No appointment needed and the information submitted is reviewed usually within an hour of submission.

Can I get a medical note from DrNote?

DrNote was set up to do just that, issue a note from a Doctor, hence DrNote! We believe it is cost effective and time efficient for you the user.

Does DrNote offer concessions or discounts?

DrNote was set up to support patients and the NHS and recognises that situations arise where financial difficulties can hit us all. If you feel you need a DrNote letter and you feel unable to meet the cost, please email hello@drnote.co.uk to discuss with us further. Please note, this is at DrNote's discretion and is not in addition to any discounts already offered on the site or elsewhere. It may also impact the speed that you receive your DrNote letter.

When is DrNote open?

DrNote is a fully technologically embraced service and runs around the clock. You can submit your request at any hour of the day, safe in the knowledge it will be looked at as soon as possible by the team at DrNote.

How to get your Summary Care Record?

This is a document of your NHS healthcare records, held by your GP. At DrNote we may require you to upload the document to assist in obtaining your completed note or form.

Failing any of this, you will need to attend your GP practice and request a copy of your Summary Care Record, this is NOT a Subject Access Request

How to update your NHS contact details?

At times DrNote requires verification of your contact details, and these should match your Summary Care Record information.
